Shipping policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day. All orders are dispatched via our, courier service or international air mail. Delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Click and Collect (Durban Only)

Click and collect service is available from Monday to Friday 8am - 3:30pm. Please note order take approximately 2-4 hours to be ready, therefore orders placed after 12 on a weekday will be available the next day. Orders placed on weekends will be available the following Monday. Please bring the order form and proof of ID for collection.
